Teledermatology
Online Dermatologist Consultation in the UK

See a dermatologist online for acne, eczema, psoriasis and other skin concerns

Whether you live outside a big city or simply prefer to be seen from home, you no longer need to travel to London to see a dermatologist.

With a video consultation you can connect with a consultant dermatologist from your computer, tablet or phone, share your concern, receive a diagnosis and agree a treatment plan, all without leaving home.
Our practice has offered video consultations since March 2020, when we introduced them so that patients could keep receiving care during the pandemic. Since then we have held more than 1,100 video sessions.

How an online consultation works

Teledermatology cannot be applied to all dermatological cases. For this reason, you can follow the steps below.

Step 1: contact the clinic to book an online consultation

01

Book your consultation

Use the button below or call us. Our team will guide you through the first steps and answer any initial questions

Step 2: describe your skin concern to the dermatology team

02

Describe Your Concern

Tell us about the skin issue you are experiencing. We will let you know if teledermatology is suitable in your case before you go any further.
Step 3: share your medical history before the video consultation

03

Share Your Medical History

You will receive clear instructions on how to share your medical history and photos of the affected area, so that your dermatologist has what is needed before you meet.

How to prepare for your video consultation
at London Super Skin Clinic, Harley Street

Choose a quiet, private room with good daylight and a stable internet connection.
Use a device with a working camera and microphone: a phone, tablet or computer.
Take clear, close-up photos of the affected skin in natural light, and one from a little further away to show the area.
Write down how long the problem has been there, what makes it better or worse and what you have already tried.
Have a list ready of any medicines you take and any allergies.
